Just spent 5 days in seoul and absolutely loved it. Particularly liked the ganngam area as has hundreds and hundreds of bars, coffee shops, shops and restaurants. Go outside the station and walk around the many back streets.. Enjoyed the BBQ beef which comes with...More

Stumbled on this shopping area while trying to cross a very busy street. what seemed like kilometers of underground stalls selling everything from clothing, to shoes, to bags to mobile phones. mostly incredibly cheap! A lot of fun if you like shopping!

For anyone staying in Gangnam area and do not wish to trolly to central Seoul on raining days, this is the place to spend an hour or two. It's right off Exit 8 of the Express Bus Terminal station. For anyone confused about the name,...More

This place was very interesting. There were tons of shops to browse. Unfortunately, most of them were aiming toward the teenage girl, and not the traveler out to see the sights. Might be a good place to get a gift for someone.

I was a little worried that I would have trouble fitting korean clothes - even more so when many items just come in one size - but so far I'm doing well. Shoes can be hard to find, and the jacket I got here is...More

There are many similar type of shops offering closed products and very competitive prices. Very easy to negotiate using calculator to show the price without having to speak Korean at all

There are some really nice things here if you look hard enough. Shoes, women's clothing, even electronics. My favourite thing about this place is that most vendors let you bargain with them-especially if you know how to ask in Korean. "Gaga joosay yo!" pretty much...More

If you thought business and fun couldn’t mix, look no
further than urban Gangnam and the nearby
neighborhoods. On the surface, Gangnam comes off as a
strictly business district with a plethora of
high-rise office buildings jutting into the sky and
the steady streams of office workers bustling about.
But interlaced within are a string of shops,
restaurants, bars, and other spots for entertainment.
