This is, apart from the basilica, the only "landmark" to see, so everyone goes there. The crocodile lakes are a strange thing to still be kept that way, but apart from that, there is not much time needed here.....

We drove around the whole palace without seeing much but still, the kids loved to watch the crocodiles in front of the entrance and my son named the road beside "the zombie apocalypse road"...

You cannot go in the palace. We looked over the lake at the sacred crocs. They look menacing and even more so when they start coming towards you thinking they will soon be fed.

Unfortunately the guy who fed the crocodiles for many years was eaten by them recently..still worth a look

Was not expecting this type of Presidential residence nowadays... Crocodiles Feeding was a Wow Show... A must see if in Ivory Coast.

Former president built this palace at his birth place and surrounded it with lakes crocodile infested. Besides Cathedral this is the only thing worth mentioning in this capital.
