The detail that is in this Pagoda is unreal. The gold alone is worth a lot and to see the locals donating when it appears they could do with the money them self is so heartwarming.

Nice place but nothing worth mentioning. The teak wood structure behind the statue was very beautiful. However all these places need maintenance.

This pagoda is well worth a visit for its history and the artefacts on display. Plus it is quite easy to get to.

Beautiful Buddha, a lot less crowded compared to the rest. Can come here in the late afternoon. Should donate some money as well.

Once again after seeing Shwedagon other Pagodas just do not meet expectations. The 6000kyat entrance fee is a bit too much.
