Can visit whilst wandering around the Inya Lake - it's a well cared for spot with lots of food places nearby too.

I had lunch here with work colleagues and the service was quick and friendly. There was a large selection of food and drinks, with a lovely view of the lake.

Title says it all! It’s on the way to/from the airport and I would recommend it as a stop from/to downtown or during a visit to Inya lake. Entrance to park is 300 kyat (0,15€) drinks are 2000 kyat or more (1€). Restaurant staff (Zephyr) is extremely nice and tidy.

I visited the zephyr cafe inside the Seinn Lann So Pyay garden. The view is nice and relaxing , looking over the Inya Lake. There is entrance fee to garden - 2000 Myanmar kyats. Staffs are very polite and attentive. Food is ok. I went there twice during my visit to Yangon. We had breakfast and afternoon tea. Recommended for people who want nice quiet relaxed cafe.

The well-tended flower beds, lawns, bushes and trees surrounding the lake provide a great escape from the busy streets of Yangon for a few hours.

The location is great, right by the water side but what a pity that they have not capitalised on it and run a very very average operation. The overall service and staff is from a different era altogether. Our table had red ants! The menu had limited Burmese dishes and was a mishmash of Chinese and so-called Asian cuisine. Food was average, oily and this is when I am being kind to them. The Pina colada was cheap rum & sour pineapple juice. No whisky was available. It’s probably stuck in the days of the Raj and I’ll definitely give it a pass next time even though it’s not expensive. Best to have chilled Myanmar beer by the water side and nothing else.

There is nothing to see in the garden, and you cant go on a long walk, but if you are up early, it is a lovely place to go and have mohinga and/or a coffee and look at the lake while it is still breezy and not yet uncomfortably hot

The stunning garden is located on the southern banks of the Inya Lake, a perfect atmosphere to hang out with the outdoors seats. Its offer a quiet peaceful walk and romantic environment for couples along with a playground for kids, a perfect lake view and landscape as well at Inya lake side. The Zephyr Coffee and Restaurant occupies a large part of the garden with tables set besides the lake and provides delicious meals and drinks with reasonable price. In my view, evening is the best time to visit and enjoy the place.
