Tenaru falls is worth the journey and climb to get there, not many people get a chance to see such natural beauty. wouldnt mind revisiting it again

it is about a 4km round trip, a good solid walk, and it was worth it, the falls are very good and the staff were great.

This is a very long hike. It is 9 1/2 miles roundtrip. Don't let the internet fool you saying that it is 4 hours. It took me five and I am a very fast walker in very good condition. You hike variously on the riverbanks...More

The wasterfall was breathe taking and very refreshing. though it was a bit of a walk i had fun on this trip and our tour guides were a bunch of helpful and cheerful kids who had made the trip more exciting

This is a beautiful place to visit if you are staying in or around Honiara. You can enquire at the visitors bureau in town and join an organised group or just hire a driver and a taxi to Tenaru. Be prepared to pay for kastom...More

The local currency is the si dollar (code sb). You can fo a withdrawal through atms in town through your visa debit card, to the max equivalent of about $600-$800. Visa credit is accepted at all msin hotels and bigger shops... More
