It's really not worth a full day trip to see muddy water with a gazillion other tourist boats shoved in a lagoon.

We went here with RITC and had a great time. You put the 'mud' on whilst in the boat and lather it on for around 10 minutes, then jump in the sea and wash it off. Enjoy!

The Milky Way's mud is meant to beautify you. So, tourists cover themselves with soft white mud. The lake is small and pretty. Not my favorite site in Palau, but of interest.

Come here with a group of friends by a chartered boat, we used the mud to do mud mask then jumped into the water to wash them out. Very interesting and enjoyable. Love this area very much.

Worth seeing great not ride out, we went with Neco which was well catered on time and safe. We did go private so can not comment on group tour.

The geology of this area means that the water is milky turquoise and the bottom is clay. If you go out with Sam's Tours - and you should - the guide will dive down and get clumps of clay for you to smear all over...More

Our whole family enjoyed the Milky Way. My son loved it SO much, that we went there on 2 different tours. The color of the water and the calm protected waters were amazing.

The milky way is a beautiful formation of rock islands which can be best seen through a Cessna aircraft or a helicopter . There are other very popular dive sites next to it for example the BLUE corner, Jelly fish lake, the BLUE hole etc

They say, you haven’t been to Palau unless you’ve been to the Rock Islands, the natural environment will take your breath away as the mixes with different tones and shades of Blue.

The water is ethereal. Teal green and opaque. You kinda want to get in it, then you don’t, thinking you can’t see what crocodiles may be lying beneath. Ha. The clay part seemed a little suspicious and gimmicky to me, I even had one of...More

On the Rock islands. You need to ride a boat from Koror about 30 minutes to get there.
