Located in an industrial area, among labour camps, trash heaps and a sewage plant, is a decent sized nature reserve for flamingos and other birds. Nice walking trails, not too far from downtown Abu Dhabi. Really hard to find though as there is little to...More

we went with a group. It was so nice to see flamingoes in their natural setting, as well as local flora and fauna. An unusual and pleasant day out with the kids.
