Their online booking system failed twice with different cards. Please don't bother because your money will be on hold for 30 days. Calling their 'concierge' service just required me to fill forms etc. They did not offer any discount or passes as an apology for their inconvenience. Just frustrating and unhospitable.

The place is nice good for 10 and above Expensive food and beverage prices they should have famous restaurants like mcdonaldas …est the kids used to eat from and healthy meals . They took tickets price for 4 years kids and he can just play almost 6 rides Kids below 6 should get in free And they should think about some staff thats makes kids not boring and thinks about emergency exit in the queue like a kid needs toilets ihave waited 30 minutes and get out and then can’t get to my turn. And about the hight why you just take the hight in the ticket hall and wraited onn a wristband or on a big sticker thet steck on the back of the kid

Expensive , slow, waste of money. No urgency or information from staff. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Fast pass helps a little bit not much. It’s just another way of rinsing your wallet

Park opens very late and is far from the city center. If you are not staying on the island don’t even bother because of the unreasonable admission fees. The food and drinks in the park is extremely expensive. And some of the staff at the rides are rude and incompetent

While it is very impressive from an engineering point of view (being the largest indoor theme park), I did find that it didn't fully deliver on thrills. They do a good job of showing their characters across the different zones but the design and excitement of the rides ranges from average to good. Seldom excellent. No doubt for younger kids it is an exciting yet calm experience but for teens and older it can be a little too calm. I found the Hall of Justice quite impressive, but most of the Justice League related experiences didn't meet the level of excitement set by the comics and movies. It was interesting, not exciting. Their merch was surprisingly good but perhaps you're getting better value via Warner (online) stores in your area. One thing I found quite uncomfortable was the number of parents harassing park staff to force their 'under-height' children on-to rides. The staff mostly enforced the height restrictions but not always. Would prefer they were more strict in the interests of safety.

Didn't do a lot for me I'm afraid....One really good and unusual ride (Riddler Revolution) but the rest were pretty tame. Expensive for what it was, they will price themselves out....The Fast Pass was an absolute waste of money and cost nearly as much as the entry. No queues so no need for a fast pass. My host said it was busy but sometime the fast pass queue was longer than the normal. Food was OK but an awful lot of places were selling food and there were many many 'shops' selling basically tat. Once was enough..

Oh wow , very expensive!!!! Been to numerous theme parks including Disney but we all felt this was very expensive for the actual size of the place queue control was an issue . Staff seemed very reluctant to ask people actually not jump the queue !!!!! This is extremely off putting. Been there , done that & unlike other theme parks we've visited we won't be going back

The customer service it a joke after complaining to the manager about one of the stuff decided to pick up my 2 year old child and kiss him! Without asking me. I was telling him that he should ask before he doing such thing. After complaining to the manager all she has to say that she is sorry about it.... She didn't ask who did this or when ahe didn't really care. Also rest or the stuff not nice and behave weired to childrens. in a disrespectful way. Very angry about it. The prices of the food in the restaurants it too much.. really too much. Very high for no reason. It was a bad experience. I will not recommend my friends to visit there.

The queues were long on a quiet day, why? As the extremely slow loading of the rides. We are theme park enthusiasts and vist parks across the world the slow loading here was dreadful! And sadly our day was ruining as with a short time here we wernt able to do all we wanted I write this review from a queue of a ride that also keeps breaking down. Poor.

Where to start. First we wasted 20 mins at the gate for the scanner to pick up the QR code for the pre purchased tickets. The flash pass should not reduce the quality of experience by general pass. We paid and they paid, we were treated like the lower class on the titanic. It was awful! We wasted a day watching people walk into lines and riding, they didn’t even wait. As a family of 5, paying for the tickets was kind of a big deal so when a family of 2-3 walks by riding the ride 3 times while we are still in the line to ride once, you know the system is faulty.
