I’ve visited the theater for the first time for the Bulgarian Orchestra and I was amazed how beautiful it was. It is a piece of Art and I’d highly recommend it if there’s any ongoing event

This building is a perfect mix of modernity with Bahrain influence. The building is definitely stunning at night since it's right next to the national Museum and the water.

The National Theatre is a $50 million Arabian Nights themed venue that opened in 2011. The main theatre has 1,001 seats.....get it?.....and features a gold roof. It sits on a water site next to the National Museum and is striking.

We visited the theatre as well as the Bahrain Annual Fine Art Exhibition and it really exceeded our expectations - by far! Intelligently created and presented with paintings reflecting the manifold of human nature - it really was a High Light!

It looks stunning as a building. Not sure if it is also as good inside. You still have to create a space suitable to perform in. Modern architecture can get it wrong from time to time. It wasn't open to the public on the days...More

Had the great fortune of visiting the National Museum and then walking over to the National Theatre to view an art exhibition. The theatre sits majestically along the water with its copper roofline and is impressive. Once inside the theatre was closed, however they were...More
