We visited the museum full of historic Qurans. You may not take pictures inside the museum. The Qurans are well displayed with explanations in several languages. We spent about 2 hours exploring the museum.

1. Be careful with taxis, they will rip you off. Lucky in the end to find someone honest to take me there and back. I know the economy is down, but asking for triple the normal price is crazy. 2. The fort is well maintained...More

Beautifully laid out collection of priceless korans and calligraphy from around the world. Some very rare old ones and other newer ones - exhibited in a beautiful sequence to show how the calligraphic art of Koran scripture and Arabic Calligraphy evolved over the years.
