This location is one of the oldest district of Amman its full of old Stone houses , it has narrow and bending streets , its built on a high Ground,it has many traditional restaurants. mixed community it has many old Mosques and Churches .

Full of middle class citizen with expat , artist and other cultural activities , a place where you can view different mountains in Amman and many nice local restaurants and cafes it is a good place to visit especially in the night

Jabal weibdeh area is amazing and significant with its fascinating streets and people, it represents the country in an amazing way and of course in a cultural way. Try and visit most restaurant to have an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend to visit it. Enjoy!

Try Rakwet cafe and restaurant.Your best bet for local cuisine. You can find it in Google Maps as "Rakwet Arab Cafe" Hope this helps

there are few boutique hotels around the area....also Abdali is close by has some nice hotels
