Jordan is one of the best hidden jems in the middle east. Jerash and Petra are two places I will never forget. When I got to Jordan I was struggling to stay awake due to the time change. I was going to go back to my room and sleep once Hazem dropped me off. Once he found that out, he took me to a few more places so that I wouldn't waste the day away. He was one of the best things about Jordan and I hope to go back to see him again one day. Graham

I lived in Jordan for 3 years and went touring with Hazem on several occasions. He is a friendly and generous man and this was obvious in his professional life. He knew where to go and when to go. He knew the historical sights very well. He knew how to combine attractions to optimise one's time and created tour programs based on individual interest and available time. Hazem knew the best places to stay and where to eat the most authentic Jordanian food. He even knew the exact times and locations where the extremely rare black iris bloomed! Isn't that just awesome? Hazem made all my trips with him such fun. He really is the best and I recommend him most highly.

The sites in Jordan are truly breathtaking however the most commendable aspect of the experience was our tour guide Hazem. He treated us like family even offering to buy us food with his own money. Being a black person in Jordan, I encountered many ignorant people, but Hazem’s welcoming cheerful spirit certainly made for a relaxing and pleasant trip. The stunning Jordanian sites and artefacts were purely a bonus.

Hazem is hand-down the best tour guide in the world! And I know because I was completing a trip that literally went around the world when I visited Jordan. I was traveling with my mother and sister to see Petra, and "Captain Hazem" showed us so much more than just that beautiful archeological site. On the way, we stopped at several "off-the-beaten-path" places to meet a bedouin (where I got to wear this really cool outfit, which made for a fabulous photo op with the family and was able to purchase amazing souvenirs that you will not find in any shop on the planet) and many more amazing sites to capture breath-taking views. En route, we danced in the car to all kinds of music that we didn't understand a single word of, laughed and ate fresh, hot falafels the entire time, and got to see so much more of Jordan in one day than we ever thought possible. For a group of girls traveling the globe alone, I have never felt more safe and respected than we did with Captain Hazem. He also took such great care of my mom, going and getting her eye drops at a pharmacy when she had dry eyes, taking us to a fabulous restaurant after Petra, and just literally being the world's most incredible tour guide. I cannot say enough about Hazem---he truly is a personification of the Arabic word "habibi" and will make you so sad to leave Jordan. My only regret is that we were not able to stay with him longer, but he is the very first person I will call the next time we go back. He is hilarious, incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and will show you the best of Jordanian hospitality. You will not find a better experience or guide anywhere else in the world!

Captain Hazem picked us up at the airport in Amman, and immediately we were in good hands. His humour kept us in stitches every day, but his knowledge of Jordan's sights was what made us fall in love with the country. Where we needed an expert, such as at Jerash or Petra, Hazem humbly passed us into the hands of someone with more detailed knowledge that would benefit our understanding of each spot we visited. Hazem had our best interest at heart, and this is probably why my trip to Jordan is hands down the best that I've had in my 40 years. I miss Jordan, and miss Hazem too!
