Overview
More
This neighbourhood is not touted in any of the Tel Aviv tourist brochures, the way its next door neighbour, Neve Tzedek, is. Few of the 50 to 70-year-old buildings have been renovated, though here, in terms of density, is Tel Aviv's largest concentration of Bauhaus architecture.

Tel Aviv's version of SoHo. Young and upbeat. The Street Art is interesting, beautiful and thought provoking.

This area has gone from bad to wonderful. Crowded with cafes, shops and the Levinsky market it is a wonderful place to walk and shop. The food at some of the restaurants is great and the ice cream is to die for.

I would recommend visiting the Florentine District if you visit Tel Aviv since it's very different from the rest of the city with all the graffitis.

As I mention before we walked from Jeffa to our hostel and we did visit the many stores and shops in the area, walked in several neighborhood area with fountain and green areas, a good mixtures of commercial and residential usage.

Even though the city is filled with graffiti, this area in particular has more graffiti on the walls than other parts.. trendy place with lots of bars where you will find more backpacker crowds

We love Florentine. Its an artists students and musicians zone. Not very elegant but filled with young spirits and colorfull streets. In this area you can also enjoy good cofee shops, Book stores, second hand shops and more. The area used to be the un...More

Spent an hour walking around Florentine and enjoyed the Bohemian style as well as the cool graffiti. This has great bars and restaurants all around.
