Masada and the Dead Sea Day Trip from Tel Aviv

741 reviews
Combine visits to the Dead Sea and Masada on this full-day trip from Tel Aviv, a great way to tick off more attractions in less time. Eliminate the hassle of car hire and travel in an air-conditioned coach instead. During at stop at Masada, your guide provides information crucial to understanding the landmark. Back at sea level, float in the salty Dead Sea, where you can book therapeutic treatments (own expense).

This is one of the oldest port in the world and according to myth this is where Johah from the biblical story of Jonah and The Whale set sail. This is a great place to take a stroll and there are also restaurants here as well.

The Tel Aviv port is not an active port, but has been developed into a recreation and dining/shopping area. There is a lot of parking (although not free). There's a wide selection of restaurants to choose from, from cheap take aways, to fancier chef restaurants. There's also often street performers.

A worthwhile place for shopping, dining and strolling between the Mediterranean shore and the Yarkon. Very lively and popular. Enjoy.

I like to be alone in the morning, an introvert who lives mostly between my ears, the bicycle is a precious comfort, in ten pedal beats I'm free. I ride at my own pace, choose my own course, my only masters are fitness and fatigue, gravity, and inertia, they are fair but relentless switches, and I enjoy their quiet and serious company.
