A fantastic tour. Looking in at the Knesset and learning the history is wonderful. Be advised that security is super heavy and soldiers and security as well as Israeli police are everywhere with machine guns. Not for the faint of heart, Not saying security isn't...More

The simplicity of the architecture, its Chagall tapestries and mosaics, the streamlined nature of the parliamentary chamber and the minimalist feel of the interiors - it all adds up to give a snapshot of a country with a focus on both the past and the...More

A must attraction when visiting Jerusalem. The Knesset parliament is free to tour and available with a guide for different languages. The tour guides are very nice and give a lot of their knowledge. Must have attraction!

English tours take place several times each day on Sundays and Thursdays. The tours are very informative and last for about one and a quarter hours. The guide was very knowledgeable about the building and the politics.

Do arrange a guided tour of the Knesset to learn about Israel's political system and enjoy the magnificent art and sculptures in the building.

The Knesset sits high up and there is a menorah on the outside and once you get through security, there is a large area to cross until you get to the Knesset building. There are organized tours in various languages - consult tourist information for...More

Security is tight at the seat of Israeli government. We saw two cafeterias inside, including one dairy and one meat kitchen. The general assembly can be viewed when they are in session.

Your will to set up a tour in advance due to security concerns. When we were there we saw a plenary session, had a discussion with a member of the Knesset and learned about the democratic process in Israel.
