There is a tour that takes you down to the bottom of the Western Wall. It is well worth seeing how the Wall was built and seeing the water cisterns of the old city. We had a Jewish guide who was passionate and gave a...More

There is something special about praying at the Western Wall..to put your hands on that ancient stone, to leave a prayer in the cracks of the wall. As busy as it is, when you get your turn at the wall, everything else falls away and...More

The Western Wall is a most sacred place of prayer for both Jews and Christians. If you travel to Jerusalem you must not miss it.

Took some great photos of the place. People are intense praying. It was good to go, even in the rain. My 2nd visit. I will go again and again to remind myself of Faith.

I went twice to the Western Wall in a week, such was the impression it made on me. Such a historical, emotional reminder of the dramatic history. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

You don’t need tickets. Go early as it can get crowded.

No you do not. But, remember that they have a make side of the wall and a female side of the wall. Also, it's good if you are a female and your shoulders are covered out of respect.
