Have come here on a few occasions, and really enjoyed it but today arrived about midday , (4 of us) for a relaxing day only to find after coming back up from the dead sea that the two pools (the highlight of the day) were...More
Have you ever seen footage of those miserable soviet era workers' "holiday" camps that looked like a prison camp on a beach? Well, that's the closest description I can come up with for this place. Picture a filthy beach (cigarette butts, rubbish, plastics) with a...More
We are a mature age couple one with limited mobility. We found this place very disappointing and would not recommend it to anyone, let alone someone with an injured knee. A lot of steps to and from the beach. There is zero visibility in the...More
Well, this wasn’t the best beach we could have stopped at, but it was still swimming in the Dead Sea. At the entrance, you get the speil about Ahawa salt products (overpriced) and then you can go in. They have covered areas and grills for...More
We went to this beach as it was closest to us,but it is really not worth 20Euros for the entrance. Beach for swimming was really small,over-crowded,with a man shouting all the time what you are allowed to. It was also very dirty! Toilets and showers...More

The choice of Neve Midbar Beach was imposed by our itinerary. Our guide recommended it. I do not know if that was a true recommendation based on quality. Since Neve Midbar Beach was far from perfect given a choice I would choose a free beach. That being said - Neve Midbar was dated and run down but adequate and enjoyable.. No matter what do not miss the experience of the Dead Sea!
