We regret to inform you that the Visit Palestine Center is temporarily closing. We will be back soon. The Visit Palestine Center is located in a beautifully restored 200 year old building in the Old City of Bethlehem, just a few minutes walk from Manger Street and the Church of Nativity. Our Tourist Information Point is fully equipped to help plan and organize your trip to Palestine. We also offer a unique shopping experience in our Boutique Gift Shop which carries products that are exclusively made in Palestine. The latest addition to the center is our Cafe and outdoor terrace restaurant offering a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, light meals and salads. The center regularly holds different events such as movie screenings, book launches, food tastings and more.

I made arrangements with Sami Khoury the VP owner to stay at the Bethlehem hotel for 5 nights which was very nice. However Mr. Khoury's driver never met us at Ben Gurion airport on December 23rd as he promised me months before via email. Tried to call him no answer. We found an Israeli taxi driver to drive us to the checkpoint entrance to Bethlehem and we walked into town. The next day we walked to visit Palestine office but it was closed (For Christmas)? We tried again over the next few days but no one answered telephone or doorbell. We later found an excellent independent tour guide Mohaned in Manger Square Christmas Eve. My advise is to have a good back up plan as Visit Palestine Center is not reliable.

I've bought from Italy, some articles from they webstore. Incredibile beautiful handmade products from Palestine. Very kind sellers. Fast delivery and very good packaging. Thank you ❤

This is a lovely place to visit. They have a beautiful little restaurant with a patio covered with creeper plants and flowers. They offer very nice salads and sandwiches. The little shop is beautiful and has very nice products. However prices are quite expensive. Nevertheless it is a great experience. Oh, they are also excellent in providing information on things to do in and around Bethlehem. They even offer tours which are highly recommended. I have not done that yet. A must place to visit

Don't only visit the Church of the Nativity. It was fun to wander the streets and alleys with nice shops with nice handicrafts--pretty white limestone and clean. The visitor center had free clean bathrooms. Be sure to see the "Banksy" wall in Bethlehem--the grafitti art here is powerful and creative. For many in the group it was among their favorite experiences in Palestine. Be sure to see the "Walled Off" Hotel.

Noor is an excellent tour guide :) She is fluent in English, highly knowledgeable, warm-hearted and goes above and beyond for you to enjoy your unique stay in Palestine. Thanks to Noor, I was able to gain a local and authentic insight into history, geography and people of Palestine.

Our group of 12 Women enjoyed a very interessting trip and were very glad to finally have found a female guide to lead us hiking through parts of the West Bank. Noor Sameer Mahmoud is a very attentive, helpful, devoted guide. She explained many details (historical and actual) to what we saw and opened up conversations with local women. We appreciated and highly recommend her, not only but especially if someone is interessted in Palästine women in the past and today.

Noor Sameer Mahmoud is a very competent tour guide. She has a great knowledge about her land and people living there.Especially she can tell you a lot about history and historic places! I wish her many interested clients to tell them about her interesting country. You would be glad if Noor Sameer Mahmoud would be your guide

Our first time in Bethlehem and the first stop was the information point.
Here we met Noor Sameer Mahmoud who was able to find us a room in the city center for a good price giving us advices on food and places to see.
She's been helpful, kind and prepared, always willing to help.
Every information point should hire people like Noor!
