This place is not the easiest to find but it is worth it. A great reminder of the strong Greek influence and Greek population of Istanbul in times gone by (up until about the 1950's I think).

The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate is a very interesting place to visit in Istanbul. The church holds inside different treasures belonging to the orthodox religion and the graves of some of the Christian saints. It is really worth a visit especially for historical reasons
