Opposite of the park and behind Somoni Statue, I followed the local students since I was curious. Glad to bump into the library. Very cool place and clean, I was allowed inside. Took a quick look before leaving.

I did not get inside the library. I just saw it while sight seeing along the park near the Parliament, President's Palace, and the Flagpole. The building is impressive with its design--very common in Tajikistan. I'm sure it is very interesting inside.
