One of the loveliest displays of art in the city, portraying authentic history that is still alive today. The camels look like real camels, only bigger. I especially like the dog, which reminds me of the ones that chase my truck when I am in...More

Drove by on the way to the hotel, very eye catching, depicting the silkroad caravan. We did not make a special stop.

It's always good to be reminded of where you are... this monument does just that. A pleasant site on any city drive.

I concur - awesome statues, something to appreciate for the history it represents. Stop if you're passing by, but not something to go out of the way to visit. Best to see if you have a guide who can explain it more thoroughly. There's more...More

You can just drive by and see the whole thing. It takes no time at all. But I wouldn't have gone out of my way to check it out.

We saw this attraction on multiple occasions coming in and out of UB. We finally decided to stop and check it out. It’s not all that awe inspiring but it’s worth a quick look. I wouldn’t go out of my way to find it though.

This is the Nomadic's Caravan moving one land to other, because of the Season. Mongolia has beautiful 4 seasons, I'm Mongolian I like my weather. But could be not to someone else. :) So you could stop and have photo of this Art work.

A line of camels with a Mongol on a horse and a dog representing caravans of traders bringing silk from China to the rest of the world. The sculptures are very tall and carefully done. Great place for picture. Free of charge. Good stop on...More

We drove by these camel statues multiple times last week and finally got a good glimpse at them. The camel statues somewhat serve as a reminder not only to the locals and natives of the city, but also to all visitors who will drive right...More

While in an endless traffic jam - which seems to be the way of Ulaanbaatar, you catch a glimpse - or rather it catches you - of not one, but five camels, their herder, and a dog in the middle of the intersection. It is...More
