This building is more like museum. There are a lot of gift souvenirs that were presented to President Nazarbeyev. Indeed it is not a library you go and take books to read - it is the placce where some events are held.

On the outside it is a very interesting building, and when you peep through the windows you want to enter it. But I was not allowed to (a doorman stopped me): it was closed to the public. Pity!

The space is not open to the public, fortunately I was invited to an event. There is a nice collection of memorabilia and the space is used for mid-size events. You can only enter upon invitation.
