Visited the Old City in July . It was terribly hot but the trip was worth it ! The place is buzzing with restaurants and things to see! It is safe even in the middle of the night !

I loved walking around the old part of the town. I didnt realize all the layers of history that Baku had. I always had thought of it as more of an oil boom town from the 19th century. Lots of cool restaurants here
