Neat statue of William Saroyan standing proudly on Mesrop Mastots Ave gazing over a fairly busy intersection near France Square. Definitely check out the Yervand Kochar Museum across the street.

This statue of William Saroyan, the Armenian-American writer of "The Human Comedy", among other books, is right in the middle of the street and virtually unapproachable without risking your life in heavy Yerevan traffic.
