This is a good choice to visit. The people here are nice, not far from my hotel, I can walk to there. But I need to tell you that you should bargain in case you would like to buy something.

I enjoyed looking around the shops in Nha Trang. I visited Nha Trang Center Mall on 3 occasions and also the both Vincom Malls. They are not big, but the food courts and supermarkets are handy. There are also movie theaters which I didn't use.

The street shops include lots of spa's for reasonably priced foot and body massages. My favorite was MyTy Spa and Beauty because I had an Archillies Tendon problem and one guy there was very experienced.

There are also numerous convenience stores/minimarts and lots of stores selling beauty products, liquor etc. Several stores are obviously owned by Russians and the products have Russian labels glued on the packaging. The quality is good with many of the beauty products sourced from South Korea. There are direct flights from Russia so there are lots of Russian Tourists wandering around.

My major criticism is the same with most towns and cities across Vietnam, that is the poor standard of the sidewalk pavements and lack of walking room. The surface is always very uneven with lots of obstacles to be alert to. Trees are planted in the middle of many sidewalks/footpaths and surrounded by a concrete border, but there is usually a big drop from the edge of the border to the soil so it would be easy to step into one and twist an ankle. There are also numerous motorbikes parked so it is often easier and safer to walk on the edge of the road facing oncoming traffic. The Vietnamese are very skilled motorbike riders so will avoid pedestrians.

We were here in the summer of 2014, where the same rubbish and poor quality goods were sold, but that time you were able to get them cheap, since the Russians arrived they have somehow managed to demand, obscene amount of Dong, where in most cases you can buy original goods and better craft ware in Europe.
Do not wast your hard earn cash or holiday time.
They have also become very aggressive and rude if you counter offer them, This is fixed price!!!
In the shopping malls they sell copied goods, but inform tourist the goods are original and charge extortionate amounts. At least from a street trader you know they are copies, beware, you have been warned.

Same old here.
Nothing new to see.
You have seen it in the last city you were in.
Watch out for pickpocketers!

Awesome place with a great view of the ocean and sunset. Also has a wide selection of family style restaurants for food choices. Ask the staff how they are doing and if they have had a good day, smile and take the time to talk to them. This sounds odd but after a day of rude Chinese , bossy Vietnamese and miserable Russians a little courtesy goes a long way. At the cocktail bar the girl made me the two of the strongest Long Island ice teas at half the price of the bars around just because I gave her the time of day. The arcade, bowling alley and cinema are great to kill time. We enjoyed Jason Bourne on the opening night. Small screen but awesome sound.

Cute little shopping area. It's pretty much a night market that's open during the day. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I appreciated that. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by.

The Nha Trang centre is a 4 level building with the shops all selling the same things. Upstairs is a game hub and cinemas with kids running around everywhere it's very noisy. Really not worth a visit except for grocery items. The supermarket is cramped and the aisles are very small.

With 3 levels of shopping & on the 4 the floor is a food court with a games centre.
Many shops selling a wide variety of goods.
On the 3rd floor is a good supermarket selling everything you could want.
A massage place is next door ( can recommend this place ) .
Out the front is Swing Cafe with K.F.C. & Lotteria down the side street.
Taxis rank out the front.

Not telly a lot here. We only went once and it was enough. A few stores selling souvenirs but nothing to really catch your eye.
