We offer a Half day cooking classes for visitors to Nha Trang at a cost of $24 USD per person. It is a great experience and a must do for someone looking for variety to their trip to Nha Trang and something a little different. It involves travelling to the local market in a cyclo, a guided tour of the marketplace, where people get involved in learning about the local food and buying the ingredients for your meals. You then return to the restaurant where you prepare 3 dishes as chosen by the guests and of course enjoy eating what you have prepared.

Walked here from our accommodation on the beach and found delicious food at a great price. Less than half the cost of those places on the tourist strip and so much better food

Our cooking lesson with Ha and visit to the markets was a definite highlight of our time in Nha Trang. Ha was great fun and made the whole experience outstanding, and the food was so delicious we went back that night for dinner as well!

You could email the Lantern's cooking class and see if they would be willing. They were very flexible with us. I'm sure the cost would be more as they would have more transport and preparation costs.
