Even if you’re not into embroidery - this little free museum is worth a walk-through. It’s cosy and interestingly arranged and if you love textiles then you’ll see stunning and curious pieces of embroidery. And the women who create them. Only downside: signs are mostly...More

This is without doubt one of the best museums we stumbled upon. The skill in these works is some of the best we have seen in Asia. A must visit and they are open pretty late.

Beautiful little gem. Absolutely incredible artistry in such fine detail even those totally uninterested in embroidery will be impressed.

We went here based on TripAdvisor reviews and thoroughly enjoyed it. The embroidery on display is stunning, you can watch the women who are employed there embroider - (although their chatter among themselves stopped when we were there so I wouldn't hang too long) and...More

Gorgeous artwork is available to both view and purchase here. The prices seem too cheap for how much work must go in! The day we came here was cold and raining, and it felt like we were transported into another world. The entire place has...More

We stumbled upon this little spot whilst walking to dinner. It is full of beautiful pieces and has some quirky stuff inside and out. Really enjoyed the visit and would like to have had time to find out more about the thinking behind it.

Right next to the night market, this art museum with only women is probably the best thing I've seen in hué, when you enter you think it is good made paint but when you understand what is it and how it is done you just...More

This is a must do in Hue. It wasn’t in our guide or any list of attractions. We simply stumbled in. This is ONE OF YHE MOST IMPRESSIVE museums I’ve ever seen. Time well spent.

This is not your grandmothers embroidery. Truly works of art. Definitely worth a visit. I was most amazed at the double sided embroidery creating screens. And the detail to create old craggy faces and hands. It’s easy to find along the river front.
