The Saigon Centre is conveniently located a short distance from the central tourist area. . The hotel is very modern and very 'french'. There is a shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes and will take you to the Ben Thahn marketplace.

This shopping centre has a lot of American stores and name brands. Very nice modern mall resembling North American style malls. The shopping centre is a few minutes from the opera house and is a fun area.

I would go to Saigon Market, opposite Saigon Square! Air conditioned, sellers don't harass you! I found quality much better than Ben Thanh Market!!
