First off- the store is lovely. I visited in early January 2020- lots of fun items and well worth exploring both floors.

I'm leaving this review primarily because of the owner. It was my first time traveling solo, and I was upstairs exploring some of the different teas for sale. She came over to say hello, and asked how I was doing, and I said I was shopping for some tea for my dad, who dislikes coffee. She then invited me to sit down and sample some tea with her. It was a great conversation of an American and a Vietnamese woman chatting. I explained how my dad had some stomach issues that sometimes tea leaves him with. She then teared up, told me how she had lost her dad. She had some tea she thought would be good for my dad, but was out of it and asked if I could come by the next day to pick some up. I told her I wished I could, but my flight back to the US was in the early morning. She asked for my hotel. She dropped some of this tea off at my hotel later that night, free of charge.

What a wonderful gift and story and memory I have now of the generosity and friendliness of Vietnamese people. Thank you so much, to this store owner. PS- my dad loves the tea.

From other reviews I expected to visit this place and find gorgeous ceramics and items to take home from my holiday. The store is beautifully presented and has a wide range of items. I did not however find anything valuable to take home. This store seems to be for more household/ daily items rather than keepsakes. Nice store and nicely designed. Just not what I expected from other reviews.

Finally someone in Ho Chi Minh with stylish items. In an oasis of tacky imitation products this shop is a gem - beautiful items, fairly reasonably priced.

This shop is Amazing, you can find cool stuff, artisanal products and also objects made with reclycled materials.
The owner is very stylish and fun!
We bought two oil lamps.
He took a lot of care prepairing the box for the flight, in order to avoid problems with the glass.

Lovely souvenir shop, good quality items and a nice respite from the chaos of the market!! The items they sell might be a bit more expensive but they are definitely better quality and unique so worth the trip!

I sought this place out based on the reviews on TA and I’m glad I did! Although
it took some searching, it’s in a super convenient location, right by the big market. I like the idea of getting gifts that are not mass produced.
I did find a few of the items at the other “boutique” shops on the same street, but they were all more expensive.

Had a very cool selection of local and hand made products, including some cool modern cellulose products and lacquerware. Great for unique and high quality souvenirs; I brought back some of their brightly colored and modern lacquered chopsticks for myself and some friends.

Packing is excellent and price is reasonable. Lacquerware variation is kinda limited and you would spend less than an hour exploring both floors. They would need to pay attention to details to increase the quality. Some staff can speak English.
