The guide was amazing. Sarah was engaging, informative and attentive to our needs. We very much enjoyed the morning we spent investigating the Old Quarter of Hanoi with her. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful adventure back in time.

The free walking tour was great. Despite the fact that I overslept Lily was very lovely and met me back at the initial meeting point. She explained everything in great detail. We had egg coffee and a croissant. Very lovely experience would do it again

Sophia was a wealth of information. Not only did she help us with the local cuisine and enjoyed an egg coffee with us,She gave us lots of info on the country's history and believes. Sophia also recommended lots of places to visit while in Hanoi. Would highly recommend Sophia.

I had a lovely tour with Pia. She was an excellent guide! She was very knowledgeable and patient answering my many questions. She was also very kind, guiding me through the chaotic streets of Hanoi and always offering to take photos! I really enjoyed my tour and highly recommend this company! We visited several important sites such as an old 19th century house (my favorite!) and the most important temple in the city. It turned out to be extremely good to have a guide because most of the places we visited didn’t have plaques or guides (pamphlets etc) so without a guide I would not have been able to understand or appreciate the sites if I had gone by myself.
Logistics-wise: It was easy to book the tour online. I received confirmation within a few days, and my guide messaged me on Whatsapp the day before to confirm. The tour took about 2 hours though I suspect it could go faster or slower depending on how many questions you ask and how fast you walk. I ended up having a solo tour since no one else signed up for a tour at the same time, which was really nice because it meant I could ask as many questions as I wanted without annoying anyone else.

As the sun dipped below the horizon each evening, casting a golden glow over the limestone formations, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to witness such natural beauty. The 3-Day Hera Cruise Tour in Halong Bay exceeded all expectations, leaving us with memories to last a lifetime.

The highlight of the trip was the chance to venture into the heart of Halong Bay on smaller boats for up-close encounters with the towering cliffs and hidden caves. Our knowledgeable guide provided fascinating insights into the geological wonders and local culture, enhancing our appreciation for this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Ashley was a fantastic guide! Lots of insider knowledge when we went to the temple of literature and Hoa Lo Prison was very interesting to see, especially if you have an interest in the Vietnam/American war.

Picked up at hotel and brought to Food Street and tried all sorts of food that I had never eaten. Delicious, but the most fun was just chatting to RAUFUS about his life in Hanoi, his family and his school work. We spent 3 hours together finishing at The Note Coffee having an Egg Coffee. Cream and smooth.

We had a great walking tour with Stella. She told us a lot of things about the old city, the Vietnamese traditions and she also gave us some recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated!
