We had a free food tour with Tammy in Hanoi. Tammy picked us up at our hotel and told us little bit about the Vietnamese food and showed us some pictures and asked us what we wanted to try. After that we started the tour. We had same great dishes and learn something about the life of Vietnamese. I would recommend the tour to anyone.

We went for a walking tour on 7 Aug with our tour guide called Ling. Even though it was raining, she brought us around the area cheerfully. Apart from sharing the history behind the landmarks, she had also brought us to local hole in the wall places to have egg coffee and bun cha and even places to shop what we were looking for. Thank you Ling!

Went for the war history tour on 7/8/2022 with Truong (Andy) and Yam - this involved a tour at Vietnam Military History Museum and Hoa Lo Prison. The tour itself was informative and gave us a good overview on the war history of Vietnam - which was heartbreaking but very enlightening. We learnt so much about the hardships, bravery and beliefs of Vietnamese people of the past (and how it influenced the present). The tour included our guides sharing with us various interesting facts, folk legends/stories and their modern views on some of these events as well. They were also very kind, warm and sincere people in general, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Thankful to have became friends with them through this tour. :) I certainly recommend this tour to anyone keen to understand Vietnamese history, and at the same time learn and connect with locals.

We did this free walking tour with Sunday, and really enjoyed it! It was a great way to learn more about Hanoi and discover the life of its inhabitants. Sunday is very knowledgeable and loves sharing info about the city and country. We'd definitely recommend doing this tour :) Thanks Sunday!

First off it’s free. We landed at 1130am and joined the tour in time within a couple of hours at 2.30pm. Our guide Sunday was smiling and welcoming all of us. We were a couple and joined 3 other travellers - all British expats pretty much. We set off and explored the French quarter first then the Old Quarter. We loved the old quarter as there’s so much buzz going on here from markets to food and sites. Sunday made sure we were all safe and learnt how to cross roads Hanoi style which was a laugh. Lots of jokes and fun all afternoon. We did a fair amount of walking but that was good after being on a plane for hours. You should definitely go on this tour if it’s your first time visiting or taking friends along. We saw so much and helped get our bearings in this vibrant city. Sunday will also help you with any other questions you might have on Hanoi whilst you’re here. Five stars all round! Just email them to arrange - easy! Egg coffee, temple, architecture, markets food and clothing, history of Ho Chi Minh ( Uncle Ho) , alleyways and Hanoi life
