Entering this majestic church is like walking into 1886, as little has changed since it first opened its doors.

The cathedral evokes comparisons to Notre Dame in Paris though this one is newer and smaller. Though mass was going on, tourists were still visiting the site. Some beautiful stained glass windows here. You need not stay long.

Must visit if you are catholic or not (if you're not catholic no problem) join the MASS you feel holy spirit. Architecture also fantastic many Vietnamese has a wedding photo at night. Don't care night or morning everytime it shows fantastic view.

Beautiful building, an oasis in a very busy, busy area-traffic. Although the cathedral looks and is dirty , it adds to the moment especially under a bleak sky; atmospheric. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Found this church by accident when wandering around the Old Quarter. Has a good open area in front for some views /photo opportunities of the surrounding streets. The inside is well worth a look (no admission fee).

A large cathedral surrounded by shops and cafes. Avoid Starbucks and try the Church cafe on the other side of the street. I used this landmark to explore the area. It was a busy, bustling area and one that felt safe for a solo, female...More

Definitely a landmark in Hanoi. Old, European, charming church, the bell was heard too. There are cafe and shop surrounding this church, so a stroll around here or sipping a cuppa coffee should give an unforgettable experience

This church is not very far from Hoan Kiem lake. Ha Noi is considered the Paris of the East; and is evident of the European influence in its architecture. The church is old and looks medieval ( I don't know if the color was made...More
