Paintings and artifacts are presented in a series of air conditioned exhibition halls over two floors. The range of works is considerable with an emphasis on the past 100 years. There are some interesting propaganda works along with much genuine fine art.

We loved this place, so much traditional and contemporary art to see! Intensely coloured lacquer ware, delicate silk painting, gutsy prints and posters, and a basement ceramics display that was the coolest place in Hanoi (literally). An art lovers paradise.
