There are not a lot of bookshops in Hanoi with a varied collection of English books as this one. Murakami fans and communist-inclined readers will be happy to know this bookshop stacks nearly all of the Japanese author's titles and Marxist texts, respectively. It's a...More

Easy to find what you need here the shop is well laid out and has an excellent selection- I did think books were a bit on the pricey side given they are second hand hence 4 stars not 5

My son finished his Harry Potter book early, and with a long flight looming, we thought it was worth the taxi ride over to see if this shop had the next book in the series. Success! They had 5 different versions of the book he...More

Caught a taxi to shop, lovely clean atmosphere. Set back from the road, down an alley. This shop re-located 2010 but old address still on some tourist maps.

Happened to come here on a day when they were having early Tet celebrations. There were free drinks, snacks and even live performances. And a further 15% discount on purchases. Most (but not all) of the books here are priced lower than normal. I managed...More

We visited today after 10 mos living in Hanoi and thirsting for an English bookshop. Diverse collection of new and used, fiction and non-fiction, and Vietnam-specific and international topics. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cute cafe restaurant attached.

this question needs to be directed to The Bookworm. I have no idea which books they have, and I think it changes with what they get in as trade-ins too.
