We were very happy with the service. The trips and hotel bookings were organised in a very professional manner at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend this company to all people visiting Vietnam!

Amazing trip to Halong Bay with S Travel Journey & Ambassador Cruise!
I and my bf traveled to Hanoi and we decided to go to Halong Bay for 2d1n. I booked that trip on website S Travel Journey Travel and Ms. Linh was very helpful & enthusiastic She suggested Ambassador Cruise and without wondering, we decided to book a premium cabin on that cruise.
The service and Cruise were wonderful.

We had a great experience with Stravel. We worked with Trinh and she helped us to organize our Hanoi Trip. The highlight is Halong bay cruise. I will recommend my friends and family to book tour with Trinh-Stravel when they are in Vietnam .

I was searching around old quarters and visited a tour agency which all had the same fascade. Went in and talked to a couple of tour agencies but left unimpressed with either their attitude or their upwelling tactics.
That is until I stumble upon S Travel Journey with their chic office front setup which instantly gave a fresh positive vibe. My wife and I decided to pop in to maybe just have a chat with no intention to commit as we know there are more agencies around every corner.
The moment the conversation started we immediately noticed the stark difference with our previous encounters. Ms. Thùy Linh was genuine from the get go and offer us solution that tailored to our specific requests. We confirmed our booking for Lan Ha bây cruise on the spot and let S Travel Journey handled the transportation for 9 pax with luggages. Ms. Lính even offered to help store 2 of my biggest check in luggages in her store so that we didn’t need to carry them over to the one day cruise trip. That was such a rare sign of courtesy that we felt we are in safe hands.
On top of that, I manage to buy item from local Vietnam Lazada as Ms. Thùy Linh graciously offered to help me pick up the item by using her address as the recipient. I am deeply appreciative of all services rendered and proceeded to let S Travel Agency handle my transportation by limousine to Sa Pa. Everything was handled without hiccup despite during my stay in Hanoi I ended up in 3 different hotels/airbnb.
All in all my family had a great time during our one week tour in Hanoi/Lan Ha Bay and Sa Pa thanks largely to Ms. Thuy Linh and her team at S Travel Journey. I cannot recommend enough this travel agency for those who are travelling to Hanoi and the vicinities.

Incredible Trip !!
The 2nd time I stayed in Ha Noi and booked Ambassador Cruise, I didn’t know but Ms Linh Pham & Ms Arvin To support us too much. Can’t thank them enough

It was very easy for us to plan our trip to halong bay with Stravel. They were well organised and did everything for us on our booking ... should commend their support right through out... you actually get a very good rate when you book through Stravel.

Very well planned itineraries, effective communications with tech savvy drivers during trip. Thoughtful to needs of family and kid in terms of hotel stay and during car rides. Overall, excellent travel experience indeed.
