I found this small travel agency by chance and very happy, because I went to two wonderful one-day trips for reasonable price. Stuff is very intelligent and speak good English, so I could made a plan for a trip around the whole Vietnam and very happy with this. Everything was explained and booked for me!
If I come to Vietnam once more I will go to this travel agency, and I want many people use its service!

We have used the services of Catherine and Nancy several times. Rates are extremely competitive. The bookings are always o time and offer door to door service which is great if a tour finishs late at night.

My friend and I made decision to go to Halong Bay. We met Catherine, our trip advisor at Phan Gia Travel Agency ! She was really an informative person, always nice and polite to us. We booked our trip at that time before going to see water puppet . This trip was nice!I had been in Cozy cruise and we appreciated it so much!

Very friendly and helpful, Catherine not only advised us on the best options that fit our budget and preferences for the trip, she also told us where all the best hot spots are in town. Thanks to her tips, we really enjoyed ourselves both on the Ha Long Bay trip as well as the rest of our visit in Hanoi.

After visiting a few of tours and travels near the old quarters area, we came across Katherine from Pham Gia travels. Not only she was helpful but also very proficient in English/communicating. She helped us in booking/planning the whole trip to Ninh Binh and Phong Nha cAves including the train bookings as well.
She knows her stuff very well and will ensure that everything is taken care of properly.
I would surely recommend her and is one of the best person I met in Vietnam.
Wish her all the best. Thank you for all the help and will soon visit Vietnam again :)

We have no plan in Hanoi and always book everything last minute. But Katherine and Catherine was really nice and professional handling all the matters. All of our tours went smooth and well, with good price!
Definitely will book with them again if I have a chance to visit Hanoi.

We got so lucky when we accidentally found this travel. Katherine & catherine both are helpful to help us find sleeper bus to sapa with the best price around the area and also our accommodation to airport. We also book our tour to ninh binh through them and couldn’t be more satisfied. Will definitely find this agent if travel to hanoi again. Thank you
