Overview
More
With just six luxurious cabins, Violet gives visitors an exclusive look at the wonders of Halong Bay. In this small yet luxurious craft, visitors can appreciate the Bay’s massive scale, the boat’s red sails dwarfed by the Bay’s towering limestone islands. Built to resemble a traditional Asian junk, the wood-cladded Violet features gleaming wooden floors, opulent silks and velvets, and cabins with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking views. Guests will find all the amenities that they would expect in a larger vessel, including a gym and sauna, a spa with unrivaled views, a restaurant and a lounge, and a rooftop sundeck. For an intimate experience in Halong Bay, there is nothing compared to the lovely Violet.

We booked this through our UK based tour operator who told us that it was the only junk available on the night we wanted to spend in Halong Bay but that it would be more expensive than the one they had originally quoted for. We...More

The two nights on Violet would have to be the highlight of my three weeks in Vietnam. From the first introduction (which included some nerve wracking instructions ) to the final sad farewell everything was excellent. All staff were particularly polite and friendly. I had...More
