Big beautiful statue of Buddha, amazes me the people that will now and worship a statue, Jesus Christ is the one and only true God... but I won't judge, I prayed for them many times.

This was one of the best views I saw. It's a long walk to the top but definitely worth it. You can also make a donation to write your name on a stone or gold heart to leave your mark behind.

Some interpretive info would make visiting this site so much more meaningful. Understanding why it's here, what significance it has to followers, and such info would take a visit here from a 5-minute look around and some photos to something with much more meaning!

The sooner you go there in the early, the better. Because in the afternoon it was so hot and you couldn't walk on the tiles in the buddha's compound. I saw some foreigners wearing shoes in the compound. As a Buddhist, it is not comfortable...More

Do either. I walk but if you are tired use bike. Plenty of parking spaces ..no problem. Both the areas you mention are worth a visit so go to both.
