Great place to relax on the grass, exercise on machines, some freeweights in the back corner, or take various yoga or fitness classes. Nice cafe and refreshment stands in there, as well as In inexpensive massage at the back of the park.

I am sorry, I really dont know for certain but given the nature of Thailand and the amount of strays, I cannot see a reason why they wouldn't be.
