We caught the ferry across the river from the Khao San Road side, which was quick and easy. Some interesting stalls and shops around but there are much better markets across Thailand so I wouldn't recommend the trip unless you have time to spare

Food and everything people need in daily Life. Along the river popular local restaurants with view magnifique!! Next to this market you find Siriraj hospital. All Thai people know because the king was cared here for long time. The wanglangpier is popular for this Reason....More

Mostly clothes and food with addition of other - it's a big mess, a wonderful place to get lost for hours. I really enjoyed walking around in circles, I even consider going back if I have some time left...

Open everyday, try get there in the morning. Lesser things to see when approaching late afternoon.
