Emporium was the grand dame of malls way back and has been our go-to place when we want to be removed from the frenzy of her bigger sister shopping plazas. EMquartier, just across and connected via BTS station and launched a few short years ago...More

Upscale mall with pretty decent mix of shopping, dining and entertainment (cinema theatre). There’s a very good selection of food, groceries and books (Asia Books and Kinokuniya) and this is main and only reason, why I shop here (everything else is significantly overpriced here).

Eating is always a priority when I'm traveling! I was disappointed when they did away with the small food court on the Emporium side a few years ago but was pleased that EmQuartier has a large food court on the bottom floor and a bunch...More

Another Thai shopping mall, but the Emporium is truly spectacular. So beautifully designed in a nice location right near the Promphong BTS station. Have lunch or dinner at one of the top floor restaurants and enjoy great food with stunning views. Highly recommend you visit...More

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls
lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll
rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While
the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of
entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys)
where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for
a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and
soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's

Don’t think so but you can try the BTS station if they have electronic storage cabinets. I know they have it in Silom - Sala Daeng station near to the lift.

It seems to me that Thailand is always very hot and humid so it doesn’t really matter when you go. Dec and Jan are often a few degrees cooler and drier but I have been there at that time when it has been scorching hot. Sept... More
