Not the best stadium, but it's biggest in Thailand. Located in high density area and lack of public transportation. This causes a lot of problems for the fans, but it's the only way to have around 40,000 fans in the same place.
Its a huge stadium and great place for concert. You can stay nearby hotel for the concert and just walk over rather than taking a cab back to hotel during heavy traffic hour. Travel wisely~ This is Bangkok~~
I'm here for Coldplay AHFOD tour 2017. Toilets quite clean ( maybe because it's before the concert where not many people go the toilets). Though it's an open air stadium, and the concert at at 8.30 PM but still the humidity was way over my...More

Went here with my wife for Coldplay concert. The concert itself spectacular but the stadium is not in good shape ie lack of toilet and exit. The process of getting into and out from stadium was chaos. If something bad was happened inside the stadium...More
I went to the Coldplay concert with my girlfriend, there was an estimated 60,000 strong crowd. The concert itself was fantastic, but the stadium procedures were abysmal and unsafe.
1. Heineken were sponsors of the event yet there was no beers being sold inside.

If you want to take a taxi straight from the airport to Rajamangala Stadium, be sure to tell the taxi driver use the meter, never agree with the "fixed rate" that they offer you, it will cost much higher than using the meter.
