In 2007 the Taiwan Cultural-Creative Development Co. Ltd assumed responsibility for the renovation and operation of the Park and renamed it Huashan 1914. An organically creative environment has been growing ever since. Huashan 1914 now serves as Taipei's primary creative arts center and a hosting ground for Taiwan's most significant cultural activities. Examples include the Simple Life music festival and the BiBo student design expo. Today Huashan 1914 is not only the heart of Taiwan's creative pulse, but also a bridge to a unique architectural past.

I had a really great time here. You can visit all exhibits except those with guarding staff. I entered one not knowing that I was not supposed to be there (or maybe I should pay?). I did not know what to do because the staff...More

IKEA! Taiwan's art park is very personalize. Mainly for different exhibition, is also a place to take beautiful picture. The park is quite large, but not many shops, with a small number of restaurants. Those exhibition more international and charged for entry fee, also have...More

It's a pity we went when it was raining quite a lot . The heavy rains cause several areas to be flooded though the staff were quick to solve the problems. This place is like Ximending Red House, many little quirky inventive shops for you...More

Somehow this was "sold" as so much more and perhaps I would've been more impressed if it wasn't raining but while it was nice, it wasn't five star worthy. Plenty of restaurants and great for pop up shops to be sure but otherwise just nice....More

Unfortunately we went here during a rainy afternoon and couldn't really take good hipster photos. But we enjoyed this place quite a lot - spacious, greenery, low-density, relaxing... Convenient location: - within 5 mins walk from nearest mtr station (Zhongxiao Xinsheng) - bus station 2...More

This is a nice place to hangout. If you want to have a nice quiet time, there is extensive grassy areas. There is a lot going on artistically, with exhibits and demonstrations. Also there are several cafes which are more Western in cuisine but still...More

Both okay, Unless you are aiming to see a specific exhibition that just opened, then weekdays would be in your favour.
