My friends and I decided to take a yoga class with Nabita while we were in Pokhara. We're all total beginners at yoga and we thought she did an excellent job at catering towards mixed skill levels. She explained the context and types of yoga, various physical movements and breathing exercises. We all enjoyed the experiencqe. Highly recommend her class if your interested at all in yoga!

I’m very lucky found Yoga Chautara , found guru Nabita. Having yoga class from Nabita is one of the best experience in Pokhara and it’s also became my Routine, Nabita gives me a good mood every day.
She is not only a yoga teacher, also a therapist, she has a way to make me calm and balance , help me with getting positive energy.
She speaks fluent English , so she can explain and communicate very well , which is pretty important to me.
I actually tried the No.1 and No.2 yoga class on TripAdvisor too, compare with those two , yoga chuatara is way better . I highly recommend!

Nabita is a wonderful teacher, she creates a very relaxing and inspiring atmosphere in the class. The class is small and Nabita always gives personal attention to her students and spends time to identify their strengths and weaknesses. I can't recommend highly enough.

I first met Nabita (the founder of Yoga Chautara) October'18 whilst visiting Pokhara for hiking. My initial impression after 5 minutes conversation with her was overwhelming with positive, kind, beautiful aura that I could feel around Nabita. Once we started practicing together I immediately realized that she is by far the most qualified, knowledgeable, caring and spiritual teacher/practitioner that I have ever come across in my life so far! I ended up staying in Pokhara 3 months instead of 3 weeks :) Recently I went back to complete Yoga Teacher Training Course with Nabita (which was great) and I am now teaching yoga in Indonesia. Without all the support of this beautiful human being I would never be where I am now!!!! Thank you so much Yoga Chautara for everything that you did/do for me! I thank the universe every day for bringing us together. Namaste

Yes, all we are all doing Yoga for our Health and we need experts who understand the individuals situation to help our growth, Guru Nabita understands this with a background in Yoga in Rishikesh, her Naturopath studies in Australia..she gives her caring love of a spiritual soul with the medical background the is greatly needed to help others. Dr.Nabita's understanding of the human body and the desire to help you in your growth both physically and spiritually is a blessing one should not miss the opportunity to learn from. Take your time and book a few classes if you are only there for a few days or weeks - you will know what I mean..or do like me and go back for many months - and enjoy the rewards as I have. There is ancient wisdom in the Himalyan Guru's, Yoga Chautara has one of these Guru's..take the time for yourself and receive the gift Dr.Nabita has to share with us. I believe our Asanas, our daily Diets, our Spiritual well-being are all connected, and have to thank Dr.Nabita for sharing this with me, and encouraging me to grow in my Yoga. I know you can learn the same. Namaste to you and your beautiful family.

I was looking first and foremost for a yoga class to attend, while staying a few days in Pokhara. I found yoga Chautara here on trip advisor and Nabita had so many good reviews, and it was close by the lakeside. The reviews were correct, Nabita was so nice and welcoming, even though it wasn’t a set class she took the time to have a yoga class with me, the same day.. I am not very experienced with yoga, but she seems to know so much and have a lot of experience and explained me so well.. I am inspired to learn more. She also did a very good massage, I was feeling so calm and relaxed during and afterwards. I can really recommend her a visit, and talk to Nabita to see how she can help you:)

I tried out a few yoga schools in Pokhara before falling in love with this place! Nabita's presence and care draw you in, and her pearls of wisdom and kindness make you come back again and again. I've really noticed a change in my awareness and strength of my body since coming. I'm going to really miss this place when I leave!
