A climb up to here (ramp or stairs available) offered divine views over the city of Kathmandu. The temple itself was beautiful and very interesting to explore around. A few shops at the top sold stunning jewellery, paintings and gifts.

As far as I know, there is no official opening time. My suggestion though would be to go when the sun is not too high in the sky so your photographs will show nice shadows and coutours. Enjoy the visit!
