Though a bit shy to actually visit a mausoleum, I'm glad I did. Though much of the focus is of course on the founding late former President, it was intriguing to learn the story of his wife who is also also buried onsite. A must-do...More

I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the tour guide was and how informative the museum was. Dr. Nkrumah was very much ahead of his time and I am glad this Mausoleum is there to pass his ideals along to others!

Come here to enjoy the serene park fronting the beautifully designed, marble mausoleum. Behind the mausoleum that houses Kwame Nekruma’s and his wife’s graves is a small museum dedicated to personal effects and photos of Nekruma’s life and career. There is a large copper alloy...More

I was touched by the tribute to Ghana's first president. A fitting tribute to a person who helped bring independence and fulfilled dreams of many despite the challenges he faced.

This is a very well-maintained and beautiful memorial to a very unique and powerful man in history! Enjoyed walking through the museum and around the grounds of this very powerful exhibit.

The Museum is sadly run down and comprises photos of Nkrumah shaking hands with politicians.for a man of his political stature this Museum should be revamped updated and made a real tribute. I liked the timeline, but otherwise dreadfully uninformative.
