The museum is still signposted, open (Monday to Friday) and staffed, but no longer functions. You can easily approach the staff who will chat with you willingly, happily accept a donation equivalent to what was once the official admission price, and show you around. You...More

It was an amazing trip I loved the empty building it had lots of nothing. There were many things to do at the museum. It was loads of fun.

The museum should be removed from the list of attractions in Bangui. It was stripped bare by looters and is now a locked up empty building.
