Always wanted to go since I was about 9. Made it! The sense of the power of the water, the noise, the shear size makes the Mist that Thunders a remarkable place.

As spectacular as everyone says it is. You'll get very wet, so remember to take a waterproof with you.

In Sept the Falls weren't at full flow but still amazing. The walk through the park took about 1-1/2 hours and well worth it. You don't need to get a guide. Great photos and videos all the way along.

Of course this is a must see on your route. Although extremely expensive, it is one of the natural wonders of the world so you better go and have a look. There are bars and restaurants , as well as toilets and the walk offer...More

It is very easy. In fact there is a taxi service between the border posts. Walk through borders and taxi again on the other side.
