Desert Agafay and Atlas Mountains & Camel ride Day Trip From Marrakech

1,899 reviews
Morocco’s Agafay desert lies within day-trip distance of Marrakech, making it an easy alternative to visiting the Sahara Desert further south. With this private tour, save the hassle of an independent trip and combine the Agafay with a journey into the Atlas Mountains. Explore Berber villages and souks; cross the Kik Plateau, and finish with a camel trek in the Agafay before returning.

However the building itself is absolutely a must see sight.

This was closed until March 2020 but the outside is imposing and I understand lots of marble inside to keep you cool on a hot day. Tricky to find in the medina but we were helped by a boy for a few dirhams.
