Our riad recommended this recently restored and re-opened museum and we were very glad we went. Perhaps its because its not listed in any guidebooks, we found the museum the most peaceful and enjoyable spot we visited during our 5 night stay in Marrakech. The...More

Arrived at opening at 10 am so had the place to ourselves. Workmanship was excellent on the mosaics and carving. Friendly security folk. Nice little garden in the middle. Would only take 30-45mins to go round it, but worth the trip. A lot quieter than...More

We visited both the musee De confluences and the Bahia palace during our stay. This was four times as much money as Bahia at 40mad but was just as impressive and much quieter. I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to people who want...More

Was really impressed by this building, so beautifully made and presented. Lot's of history, totally go and see this and it's not very far from le jardin secret.

A beautiful quiet gem with a cool inner garden, orange and palm trees. Stunning tiles and wooden work. Definitely worth a visit.

Opened fairly recently as of this writing, this museum is not even listed on the newest guidebook printings. This works out well for recent visitors, as this gem does not get nearly as packed as other sights in Marrakech and is just as picturesque. The...More

A beautiful old Riad in the Medina, close to Bab Doukala, this place exudes peace and beauty. It is a celebration of shared places of worship, in an old riad. If there were no exhibits it would be worth visiting just to see the exquisite...More

I happened across this place on my last day in Marrakech. It’s 30DH entry and worth every penny. Unfortunately I didn’t have my camera with me but the architecture of this riad is stunning, even after visiting the palace and the tombs. It is also...More
